No Refunds on Digital Services As our services are digital and delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds once a payment is processed.
Exceptions (Only in Special Cases) Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
If a technical issue on our end prevents access to the session. If a duplicate payment is made due to a system error.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations After Booking Once a webinar or training session is booked, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
No Rescheduling or Seat Transfers No rescheduling of webinars is allowed. No seat transfers will be permitted to another person.
